These young men had been held for years in Ahwaz prison, deprived of any legal rights, denied access to their families, and had no legal representation.Instead, they were subjected to sham and inappropriate trials conducted by the so-called “Revolutionary Courts,” that lack legitimacy and serve only as tools of repression. The charges brought against them such as seeking independence or alleged links with foreign countries were nothing but fabricated accusations, manufactured by the Revolutionary Guards affiliated with intelligence apparatus. These executions are not acts of justice; they are acts of collective punishment and political retaliation carried out against defenseless individuals, intended to instill fear among Ahwazi Arab community and to cover up the regime’s recent defeats and growing internal crises. By silencing voices that call peacefully for freedom and justice, the Iranian regime reveals its true nature: a regime built on racial supremacy, oppression, and the denial of basic human rights to non-Persian nations since its occupation of Al-Ahwaz in 1925. We affirm that these atrocities will not weaken the resolve of the Ahwazi people. On the contrary, they will strengthen our determination to continue the struggle for our people’s legitimate rights and for liberation from every form of colonialism and tyranny imposed by the Iranian regime.
Glory to our nation, to our martyrs, and to all who fought for freedom.
